#stationqigong is a term I developed for the #gong exercises I do during the times that I am waiting at the #public transportation stops in 2016. Due to my #job in 2016 I had to #travel on daily basis with public transportation like buses and trains. I found myself #sitting often on my #journeys. To exercise daily #cultivation I had to either quit my job or find a solution. My solution was simple: I #cultivate #mindbodyandsoul #anytime and #anywhere.

I want to encourage all #exercisers and none exercisers to use their #potential and #time to cultivate their #physics everywhere and anytime. The #benefits for physical and mental health of #physicalactivity are well known today.

#Gong exercises work on #multidimensional levels. Whether one strenghtening the muscles, or the tendons, or the qi, or the breath, or the mental abilities. There is a huge and rich bouquet to pick from depending on ones individual goals.

One of my favourit exercises is #zhan zuang.
